NIKRO Ltd. has been designing, producing, and offering engineering services for more than 20 years in order to meet the expectations and individual needs of even the most demanding customers. It deals with the production of machinery and equipment for the food industry and parts for construction machines and mechanisms. The company manufactures stainless steel products: pressure and non-pressure vessels, reservoirs, and pipe fittings.
Nikro Ltd. is a dynamically developing company that is constantly expanding. Currently investing in modern technology, has a very up-to-date designing department, well equipped CNC machining and sheet metal workshops to produce standard and atypical products, and high standard production and assembly workplaces, with highly qualified and technically competent staff.
History
NIKRO Ltd. has been present on the market since 1991. Gradually, the company has developed into an ISO 9001:2000 certified QMS system. With the rise of the market requirements, the production has expanded to include atypical products for pharmacy and chemistry. In 1993 there was an increase in capacity and production possibilities. A sheet metal workshop was set up, in which the production of machinery and equipment for these areas began.
The machinery park has been gradually expanded and modernised to increase the number of customers. Also, the construction and technology department has been established. In 1995 the company continued to develop its technology in welding and assembly of stainless steel pipework by purchasing a Polysoude orbital welding machine. Currently, the company owns three orbital welding machines.
During its development, the company has been flexibly adapting to customer requirements. Therefore, it has expanded its production activities to produce pressureless and pressure-resistant containers, which obtained approval in 1996.
With an increasing share of sales on western European markets, which exceeds 95%, and after acquiring several significant customers in 2002, the company has embarked on the gradual introduction of the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system. At present, the company has its own production and storage facilities and high-quality machinery equipment.
In the period 2002-2012, there was a significant expansion of the machinery park. An important milestone became the year 2013, when the company moved into a new modern facility, with 8000 m2. Due to the expanding customer portfolio and growing market demands, in early 2017, the process of implementing the integrated management system according to ISO 14 001 and OHSAS 18 001 was successfully carried out in October 2017.
Certificates
NIKRO s.r.o. is certified for the production according to the European Directive 2014/68/EU, the Slovak government Decree No. 1/2016. The products are manufactured in accordance with the technical regulations AD – 2000 Merkblatt HP-0 and welding quality EN ISO 3834-2.
DIN ISO EN certification: The company wants to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by rigorously applying the integrated management system.
